One-Year Limited Warranty

Bye Blue Light eyewear includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The one-year period begins on the documented purchase date.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• ordinary wear and tear;
• accidental damage;
• misuse;
• loss; or
• unauthorized modification.

To request warranty review, email support@byebluelight.com within the warranty period. Include your order or purchase information, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Bye Blue Light will review the request and explain the available resolution if the issue is covered.

This policy does not add unverified product-specific exclusions or separate prescription/custom-product warranty terms. Product registration records purchase information but does not expand, reduce, or replace the warranty terms above.

Nothing in this limited warranty restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.
